At Mighty Pen Designs, every order is carefully packaged with attention to detail. Whether you've purchased a handmade creation or a thoughtfully curated stationery item, we want your order to arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Custom and personalized orders require additional production time. Processing times vary depending on the project and will be discussed during the ordering process.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders weighing under 1 ounce are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. This is an economical shipping option without tracking.
  • Orders weighing over 1 ounce are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking.
  • Free U.S. Shipping is available on orders of $45 or more.

Estimated Delivery

  • USPS First-Class Mail (untracked): Typically 3–7 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage (tracked): Typically 2–5 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears delayed, please allow a few extra days for delivery before contacting us. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Handmade items
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Digital products (if applicable)

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
