Ordering
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom orders have varying production times depending on the project, which will be discussed before your order is confirmed.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. I offer custom stickers, party favors, bookmarks, wine labels, greeting cards, and more.
Can I make changes to my custom order?
Changes can be made before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship throughout the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Returns & Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
Because many products are personalized or made to order, custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.
Ready-made items may be eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. I'll work with you to make it right.
Products
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! My vinyl stickers are waterproof, weather-resistant, and made to last; unless otherwise stated. The most accurate information will be written in the product description itself- not all stickers are made the same!
Do colors look exactly the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and monitor calibration.
